But I like how this turned out, don't you?
It's transparent and animated, yeah~ Even though my animation skills are pretty bad...
I like the snow. :3 Made it snowy because Blink's design reminds me of winter... maybe the colors? Or those pretty silvery dots. Yeah.

:iconcolordrop:'s contest (or one of them, anyways) was to make an icon of one of her characters. I hope you like it!
